Services We Provide

Our services are available for in-home and at the Hospital. Our Team consists of fully trained, caring healthcare, Registered Nurses, and Verified Healthcare professionals.

They are all well experienced, reliable, and compassionate, soft speaking individuals. We deeply care to hire qualified professionals only.

Our office is recognised and registered with Udyog Aadhaar and Shop and Establishment by Maharashtra govt.

We have strict background verification checking done during the hiring process. Our office hires only registered Nurses, ward boys, lady caretakers. Our Nurses and caretakers are available for 8,12 and 24 hr.

All our Nurses and staff members, Adhar & Pan cards have been verified along with their proof of residence, for which a copy of their documents is always maintained by the bureau documentation.

You can be assured that they all have been through strict background checks as all of their documentation and identity cards are verified.


Please Note :

We DO NOT hire any doubtful and/or unverifiable candidates. We are very strict when it comes to our verification policies. In some cases, We even go through police verification to ensure the safety of our customers and our elderly patients that we are serving.


We are proudly operating and expanding our services all over Raigad, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai & Thane area too.

NURSES DUTIES


The following are the duty of the Nurses :

  • - Sponge bath
  • - Help to change of patient’s clothes
  • - Bed making
  • - Suction for the care of tracheostomy patient
  • - Care of ventilator Patient
  • - Ryle’s Tube Feeding
  • - Foley’s Catheter
  • - Proper dressing of any wound (like bedsore)
  • - To check the vitals and maintain the proper parameter as advice by the doctor
  • - Help Serving the appropriate food intake
  • - Timely Reminders with medicine / injection / dressing - as advised
  • - Glucose IV line as prescribed by a doctor well trained in handling asthma and paralysis patients
  • - The caretakers would handle all of the above-given duties as assigned by the Bureau

Our Nurses cannot be held legally responsible to provide any other Specialized Medical Help/ Procedure or Emergency treatment other than what they have been strictly trained and instructed for.

We and our staff, nurses are legally not responsible for any emergency situations and medical procedures.


We review and assess the case of each of our clients and provide customized and comprehensive detailed service-based solutions and schedule to our Nurses so that they can serve your loved one’s needs.

The Service rates are very affordable and are based upon the discussions and after the careful review and assessment of the services required by the patients and for the number of hours the nurses are needed for the particular job.


CARETAKERS DUTIES


The following are the duty of the Caretaker at home :

  • - She /He will do patient care as per the assessments and instructions provided to them
  • - Sponging /bath of the patient. Washing her spoil clothes
  • - Giving Food and Washing the patient dishes only
  • - Giving medicine as per your/Doctors advice
  • - Exercise of upper limbs of the patient as per you /as per the Physiotherapist
  • - Oil massage of Upper/Lower limbs of the patient if that is required by the Patient
  • - Assistance in daily activities, preventing falls and injuries


Terms & Condition (Guidelines) for 24 hrs caretaker


Our terms and conditions for Patient’s Relatives would be:-

  • - She /He will care for the patient as instructed based upon the assessment
  • - Sponging /bath of the patient
  • - Washing her spoiled clothes
  • - Washing her dish after giving food
  • - Giving medicine as per your advice
  • - Exercise of upper limbs of the patient as per you /as per the Physiotherapist
  • - One visit to his /her family/month to be allowed a total of 2 days
